Tutorial 3


This tutorial we learnt how to use the Nav mesh and ray casting to move a player object around the game area. first we baked a Nav mesh onto the pro builder pieces and then we created a player character to move around, we used ray casting to determine movement. then we were asked to create an enemy that followed the player around and made the player move with a third person look. the above GIFs show the player moving around the scene and when the mouse is clicked an enemy spawns on the mouse location and starts following the player. we were also asked to make a moving obstacle that can block the player if they walk into it the square that you see is the obstacle.
